John is Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the Finance and Accounting functions. After working in public accounting for various firms in the Bay Area, John worked for various media and events businesses including Miller Freeman, Fawcette and Future US. John was also CFO for Twitch from 2012 to 2018 during a period of hyper-growth. While there he led the Finance, Accounting and HR diligence in the sale of the business in 2014 to Amazon for $1.2B in total consideration. John recently completed a master program in International Economics from the University of San Francisco, and is currently working on his certification as a Certified Financial Planner from UC Berkeley.
