As Vice President of Administration, Michelle leads the compensation, benefits, payroll, legal and facilities administration functions for Access Intelligence. Since starting with the company in 2005, Michelle began in corporate overhead and then transitioned to overseeing compensation and benefits. Prior to her tenure with AI, she worked in a variety of industries, including government contracting, legal and consulting. A native to the Washington, D.C. metro area, Michelle earned her MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
