Mary Pinto Meyer
Human Resources Director
Mary plays a key role in: talent management, performance management, employee relations and engagement, succession and compensation planning. She has helped develop a new manager training program, a new time tracking system, onboarding and employee engagement surveys, and established extra company benefits. She acts as a business partner for the Marketing and Media Communications Group and serves on our internal, 401(k) Investment Committee. Mary joined AI in 2005 having previously held positions in human resources departments at several financial services organizations, including Deutsche Bank, Thomson Financial and the Dreyfus Corporation. Mary has a BS in psychology from the City University of New York’s Brooklyn College, completed the Diploma program in Human Resources Management at New York University, and has a Masters of Arts in Management, with a Concentration in Human Resources, from the American Public University System.
