Marketing Manager, Etail and Performance

Come be a part of a winning team serving two growing markets—ecommerce and performance marketing. We’re looking for an energetic and passionate marketer to help create, deploy, manage and measure success marketing campaigns for our LeadsCon and Multichannel Merchant brands. Position report to the senior marketing manager and group business director on campaigns to promote our media properties and events. The marketing mix leverages digital channels, email, content marketing, paid placements, direct mail and more. LeadsCon produces a pair of trade shows for the performance marketing industry. Multichannel Merchant’s portfolio includes newsletters, webinars, digital content and an annual Operations Summit conference and trade show.

Job Duties

  • Support the management and execution of marketing campaigns across the portfolio, across all platforms (digital, social, programmatic, etc.)
  • Co-manage campaign strategy, copywriting, creative execution, planning, and analysis
  • Assist with development of all marketing plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create successful projects
  • Support database management and audience development
  • 10%+ travel to trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and work at a very fast pace
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Excellent marketing writer and communicator
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and audience development
  • Experience and expert skills in the areas of email and online marketing
  • B.A. or Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant field or commensurate experience
  • Basic knowledge of html, database management software, data analysis software, Photoshop or equivalent design software
