Director of Financial Reporting & Compliance

Access Intelligence has an immediate opening for a Director of Financial Reporting. The Director of Financial Reporting is responsible for handling all financial reporting and compliance for the company. The Director of Financial reporting will work with the FP&A and Accounting groups on creating reports and analyzing data, as well as budgeting and planning. They will also work with the accounting team on compliance, updating and following up with filing requirements, Sales and Use Tax, and other tax reporting.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Reporting

               – Accounts reconciliation, product mapping and data updates to Salesforce        

               – Maintain BU hierarchy and chart of accounts in Netsuite & NSPB   

               – Build and update reporting templates for NSPB – monthly P&L, FP&A   

               – Support for monthly close and annual financial audit           

Systems Administration                          

               – Maintain user list and roles setup     

               – Data validation and reconciliation between various systems

                              – Netsuite to NSPB

                              – External data sources into Salesforce Analytics Studio

               – Format budget and forecasts for upload into Salesforce Analytics Studio            

               – Product mapping and reconciliation into SF 

               – Build and maintain dashboards for various users     

Compliance                    

               – Responsible for Sales & Use Tax Filings in all states and Canada GST / HST        

               – Responsible for State filings for the various entities, annual reports, business licenses, etc.

               – Primary contact for CSC regarding registered agent services and filing requirements in all

states with nexus          

               – Analysis of states with nexus and any changes, registering and filing in new states       

               – Preparation of tax worksheets and support for income tax filings  

               – Responsible for addressing any notices or open items with states to maintain good standing          

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of experience in finance/accounting

Public accounting experience preferred

Experience with Netsuite, NSPB, and Salesforce preferred

CPA preferred
