Jennifer Schwartz

Jennifer is responsible for the overall management and strategic business development efforts across AI’s Aerospace group, which include Defense Daily, Aviation Today, Avionics and Rotor & Wing, as well as Via Satellite and Satellite Today. She also manages AI's healthcare group. Jennifer has worked at Access Intelligence since 1997 and held previous publisher positions in the defense and energy groups. Jennifer successfully integrated the LDC Forum events into AI’s portfolio in 2006. Previously, Jennifer held sales and marketing positions in the telecom and banking industries. She has a BS degree in Marketing from the distinguished Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. Jennifer also successfully completed ABM’s B-to-B Advanced Leadership Program at Northwestern University in January 2012.

Jenn Heinold

Senior Vice President, Events

Jenn oversees the tradeshow portfolios within AI’s aerospace, healthcare and energy groups, in addition to managing a centralized operations and logistics team that produces majority of AI’s tradeshows and events. Jenn joined Access Intelligence in 2006 to serve as the lead marketer for the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition and relies on her marketing background and connection to the tradeshow attendee to drive her business. She has continually produced double-digit revenue growth within her portfolio by identifying market trends and analyzing data to improve performance. Jenn is most passionate about the power of face-to-face marketing and continuously strives to create value for the markets she serves by launching new events in under-served verticals, expanding the scope and content of current events to be relevant to a broader audience base and creating high-quality attendee acquisition strategies. If you want to see Jenn’s eyes light up, talk to her about acquiring events. She’s successfully integrated the OR Manager Conference and Offshore Communications (now OilComm) into AI’s event portfolio and both have doubled in size under her leadership. Before joining AI, she served as Marketing and Communications Manager of GovSec, U.S. Law and Ready! trade shows, produced by National Trade Productions. She is a member of the Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI), International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO) and has completed ABM’s Advanced B-to-B Leadership Program. Jenn regularly speaks at tradeshow industry events and has presented at ExpoExpo, SISO Executive Leadership Summit, Shepard Sandbox and ECEF. She earned a B.A. in Journalism from Penn State University and returns to Penn State every year to guest lecture in their Event Management Course.

Scott Chase

Chairman, SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition

Scott entered the satellite industry as a PR executive with Communications Satellite Corporation (COMSAT) in 1981, after leaving The Washington Post where he was a news staffer for five years. In 1986 Chase was hired by Phillips Publishing (PBI) as associate editor of Satellite News, and soon became the editor of Via Satellite magazine. He chaired the SATELLITE conference for more than a dozen years before leaving Phillips to become president and CEO of The Strategis Group, a telecom/wireless market study and consulting firm in Washington, DC.

Tish Drake

Vice President/Group Publisher

Tish joined Access Intelligence in 2001 as a sales executive for Communications Technology, and spent nine years building that brand.  Her ability to consistently reinvent her brands by adapting to new advertising, marketing and publishing strategies, in addition to launching niche face-to-face events such as the Global Connected Aircraft Summit, has made her a valuable asset at AI.  Tish now oversees all of the aerospace group which includes Via Satellite, Avionics, Rotor & Wing International and Defense Daily.  With more than 19 years of b2b sales, management and marketing experience, she is a seasoned veteran in the publishing industry.

Joe Milroy

Publisher, Sales

Joe has over 15 years of experience in b2b publishing. As a member of Access Intelligence’s Satellite Group, Joe is responsible for the team's e-media and print portfolio of products including advertising sales, editorial content, marketing, subscriptions and distribution. Prior to joining Access Intelligence in 2004, Joe was with Penton Media, VerticalNet and PennWell Publishing.

Mark Holmes

Editorial Director, Avionics & Satellite Groups

Mark joined Access Intelligence as Associate Editor in 2006. Previously, he had been at AI as senior editor for Inside Digital TV, and a regularly contributor to Telecomweb. Before joining AI, Mark was deputy editor of leading Euromoney Institutional Investor title Global Telecoms Business, which specialized in interviewing CEOs of leading telcos world-wide. Mark graduated from Humberside University in the early 1990s. During that time, he did a one year exchange program at Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.

Julie Blondeau Samuel

Director, Satellite/Aviation/Defense Online

Julie joined Access Intelligence's Satellite Group in September 2004. She is responsible for the development and production of the Satellite Group's Web portals. Prior to this, Julie was Online Producer and Managing Editor of Via Satellite magazine. Prior to joining Access Intelligence, she was a graduate student at the University of Maryland where she earned a Masters in Aerospace Engineering, and at the Ecole Polytechnique Feminine, in France, where she received a Masters in General Engineering. Julie has published numerous research papers. She was born in France and has traveled in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

Lindsey Fuller, CEM

Group Show Director, Aerospace Events

Lindsey is Show Director of the Aerospace Events, including the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, OilComm, ShaleComm and the Hosted Payload and Smallsat Summit. Lindsey’s responsibilities include overseeing the events, and ensuring marketing, sales, content and operations work in synergy to create an unforgettable experience for attendees and exhibitors. Lindsey joined Access Intelligence in 2008 as Marketing Manager of the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition. Soon after joining AI, Lindsey was promoted to Marketing Director, overseeing the marketing campaigns for the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, OilComm, ShaleComm, OR Manager Conference and numerous events in the Defense and Aviation markets. Prior to joining AI, Lindsey began her career at National Trade Productions on the GovSec, U.S. Law and Ready tradeshows and worked at 1105 Government Information Group as Marketing Manager for numerous government conferences. Lindsey has a BBA in Marketing from the College of William and Mary, and earned her CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management) in 2013.

Michael Cassinelli

Sales Director, Aerospace Events

Michael is Sales Director of the Aerospace Events group, which includes the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, OilComm, ShaleComm and the Hosted Payload and Smallsat Summit.  Michael oversees the portfolio and is responsible for all revenues associated with exhibit space, sponsorship, advertising and electronic media.  Michael joined Access Intelligence in 2006 as a Sales Manager for the SATELLITE Conference & Exhibition and has since taken on additional sales responsibilities and, more recently, managerial responsibilities within a growing portfolio.  Michael began his career in trade shows and events at Convention Management Group, where he worked in a sales and sales management capacity on large-scale events in the healthcare, food/beverage and transportation industries.  Michael has a BA in International Relations from the University of Delaware.

Jeffrey Hill

Conference Manager

Jeffrey manages content creation, conference development, speaker recruitment, outreach and educational initiatives for events in the aerospace and telecommunications markets. He has been with Access Intelligence since 2008 and initially joined the company as an associate editor of Via Satellite magazine. His award-winning career in journalism included editorial and writing positions with Next City magazine, Philadelphia Weekly and several other news and non-profit publications. Prior to joining AI’s events team, he served as a Director of Communications at Drexel University, managing all news media and public relations for the institution’s arts, media and design colleges. He holds B.A. degrees in Journalism and Creative Writing from Rowan University.

Michael Conti

Group Marketing Director,
Energy, Engineering & Aerospace Events

Michael works on the Aerospace and Energy event portfolios, overseeing the marketing operations on 10 shows across those markets.  He began his career working for advertising and marketing agencies before starting with Access Intelligence in 2012.  He was originally hired on as the marketer for the LDC Gas Forums before his role was expanded to work with different markets, including the SATELLITE portfolio.  Michael is from Houston, Texas, and has a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Texas and a Master’s degree in Communication & Media Studies from West Virginia University.

Jessica Davis, CEM, CMP

Operations Director – Aerospace, Energy and Healthcare

Jessica is the Operations Director – Aerospace, Energy and Healthcare, overseeing the event operations on 15 shows across those markets.  Jessica joined Access Intelligence in July 2009 as the Operations Manager and over the past five years has been promoted twice and had her show portfolio expanded to include additional shows covering the various industries.  She began her career at the Newspaper Association of America where she was the Exhibits and Sponsor Services Specialist working on approximately 10 shows focusing on all aspects of the newspaper industry.  In June 2009, she earned her Certified Exhibit Manager (CEM) designation through the International Association of Events and Exhibitions and in January 2012, she earned her Certified Meeting Planner (CEM) designation through the Convention Industry Council.
