Jennifer Schwartz

Senior Vice President, Healthcare Group

Jennifer is responsible for the overall management and strategic business development efforts across AI’s healthcare group, consisting of the OR Manager brand. She also evaluates and helps integrate key acquisition targets in the healthcare space. Jennifer has worked at Access Intelligence since 1997 and held previous publisher positions in the defense and energy groups. Jennifer successfully integrated the LDC Forum events into AI’s portfolio in 2006. Previously, Jennifer held sales and marketing positions in the telecom and banking industries. She has a BS degree in Marketing from the distinguished Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. In 2012, Jennifer successfully completed ABM’s B-to-B Advanced Leadership Program at Northwestern University.

Jenn Heinold

Senior Vice President, Events

Jenn oversees the tradeshow portfolios within AI’s aerospace, healthcare and energy groups, in addition to managing a centralized operations and logistics team that produces majority of AI’s tradeshows and events. Jenn joined Access Intelligence in 2006 to serve as the lead marketer for the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition and relies on her marketing background and connection to the tradeshow attendee to drive her business. She has continually produced double-digit revenue growth within her portfolio by identifying market trends and analyzing data to improve performance. Jenn is most passionate about the power of face-to-face marketing and continuously strives to create value for the markets she serves by launching new events in under-served verticals, expanding the scope and content of current events to be relevant to a broader audience base and creating high-quality attendee acquisition strategies. If you want to see Jenn’s eyes light up, talk to her about acquiring events. She’s successfully integrated the OR Manager Conference and Offshore Communications (now OilComm) into AI’s event portfolio and both have doubled in size under her leadership. Before joining AI, she served as Marketing and Communications Manager of GovSec, U.S. Law and Ready! trade shows, produced by National Trade Productions. She is a member of the Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI), International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO) and has completed ABM’s Advanced B-to-B Leadership Program. Jenn regularly speaks at tradeshow industry events and has presented at ExpoExpo, SISO Executive Leadership Summit, Shepard Sandbox and ECEF. She earned a B.A. in Journalism from Penn State University and returns to Penn State every year to guest lecture in their Event Management Course.

Jonathan Ray

Jonathan oversees the digital strategy for the Aerospace, Energy and Healthcare groups. Jonathan and his team work directly with brand leaders to optimize customer experiences across all digital platforms. In his previous role as Director of Analytics, Jonathan led the development of performance analytics of AI's audience assets, digital media and events. Jonathan joined Access Intelligence in 2004 as Web Marketing Manager for the company's paid content division. Jonathan received his BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from University of South Carolina.

Elizabeth Wood

Editor, OR Manager

Elizabeth previously was Managing Editor of Surgery News, a monthly newspaper published by Frontline Medical Communications, Inc. for the American College of Surgeons. She also produced convention daily newspapers for several surgical and medical society meetings. Prior to that, she held editorial positions with professional and trade associations in Washington, DC. She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Jessica Davis, CEM, CMP

Senior Director of Operations – Aerospace, Energy and Healthcare

Jessica is the Senior Director of Operations – Aerospace, Energy and Healthcare, overseeing the event operations on 15 shows across those markets.  Jessica joined Access Intelligence in July 2009 as the Operations Manager and over the past five years has been promoted twice and had her show portfolio expanded to include additional shows covering the various industries.  She began her career at the Newspaper Association of America where she was the Exhibits and Sponsor Services Specialist working on approximately 10 shows focusing on all aspects of the newspaper industry.  In June 2009, she earned her Certified Exhibit Manager (CEM) designation through the International Association of Events and Exhibitions and in January 2012, she earned her Certified Meeting Planner (CEM) designation through the Convention Industry Council.

Kristy Keller

Brand Director, EXM and Healthcare Groups
 
Kristy has been with Access Intelligence since 2011 and currently oversees the publications and conferences within the ExchangeMonitor and OR Manager brands. She is responsible for the management of the operations, marketing, sales, and content development/programming of educational events and publications such as the OR Business Management Conference, the Nuclear Deterrence Summit, the RadWaste Summit, Weapons Complex Monitor, and the Nuclear Security & Deterrence Monitor. Previously, Kristy was the Director of Conferences and Events for the Defense, Aerospace, and Healthcare groups where she was responsible for the overall conference revenue and expense management of a portfolio of a total of six events. Before that, Kristy was the Director of Marketing for the Aerospace and Healthcare groups and was responsible for the revenue generation of six brands that included six major publications and six events. Kristy’s background is in B-to-B marketing and she has managed multiple brands, product lines (including books and webinars), multi-channel marketing campaigns, launched membership programs and ecommerce platforms, created and maintained both marketing and revenue-generating partnerships, and has experience with circulation and audience development. Before joining AI, Kristy was a Marketing Manager for the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA,) and DecisionHealth, a division of UCG. She has a BA in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park.
