Jennifer is responsible for the overall management and strategic business development efforts across AI’s Aerospace group, which include Defense Daily, Aviation Today, Avionics and Rotor & Wing, as well as Via Satellite and Satellite Today. She also manages AI's healthcare group. Jennifer has worked at Access Intelligence since 1997 and held previous publisher positions in the defense and energy groups. Jennifer successfully integrated the LDC Forum events into AI’s portfolio in 2006. Previously, Jennifer held sales and marketing positions in the telecom and banking industries. She has a BS degree in Marketing from the distinguished Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. Jennifer also successfully completed ABM’s B-to-B Advanced Leadership Program at Northwestern University in January 2012.

Jenn Heinold

Senior Vice President, Events

Jenn oversees the tradeshow portfolios within AI’s aerospace, healthcare and energy groups, in addition to managing a centralized operations and logistics team that produces majority of AI’s tradeshows and events. Jenn joined Access Intelligence in 2006 to serve as the lead marketer for the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition and relies on her marketing background and connection to the tradeshow attendee to drive her business. She has continually produced double-digit revenue growth within her portfolio by identifying market trends and analyzing data to improve performance. Jenn is most passionate about the power of face-to-face marketing and continuously strives to create value for the markets she serves by launching new events in under-served verticals, expanding the scope and content of current events to be relevant to a broader audience base and creating high-quality attendee acquisition strategies. If you want to see Jenn’s eyes light up, talk to her about acquiring events. She’s successfully integrated the OR Manager Conference and Offshore Communications (now OilComm) into AI’s event portfolio and both have doubled in size under her leadership. Before joining AI, she served as Marketing and Communications Manager of GovSec, U.S. Law and Ready! trade shows, produced by National Trade Productions. She is a member of the Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI), International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO) and has completed ABM’s Advanced B-to-B Leadership Program. Jenn regularly speaks at tradeshow industry events and has presented at ExpoExpo, SISO Executive Leadership Summit, Shepard Sandbox and ECEF. She earned a B.A. in Journalism from Penn State University and returns to Penn State every year to guest lecture in their Event Management Course.

Jonathan Ray

VP, Digital for Aerospace, Energy and Healthcare Groups

Jonathan oversees the digital strategy for the Aerospace, Energy and Healthcare groups. Jonathan and his team work directly with brand leaders to optimize customer experiences across all digital platforms. In his previous role as Director of Analytics, Jonathan led the development of performance analytics of AI's audience assets, digital media and events. Jonathan joined Access Intelligence in 2004 as Web Marketing Manager for the company's paid content division. Jonathan received his BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from University of South Carolina.

Christy Coleman

Director, LDC & US-Mexico Natural Gas Forum

Christy joined the company in April 1998 as Sales Manager of CLEAN GULF and Industrial Services International. She assumed new and increased responsibilities and become Sales Director of multiple events in 2002, including ELECTRIC POWER, IFSS, CLEAN GULF and others. Later, in January of 2009, Christy took over as Director of the five regional LDC Gas Forums. In 2012, she launched and executed two new events for the series, The NGL Forum and the The US-Mexico Natural Gas Forum, which is held annually in San Antonio in November.  Prior to joining Access Intelligence, Christy worked as the Director of Sales for Computer Methods Corporation. She has a degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Baylor University and is a member of Pi Beta Phi and is a Life Member of the Baylor Alumni Association. Sic 'em Bears!!!

 

 

Dorothy Lozowski

Editorial Director, Chemical Engineering and POWER Magazines

As Editorial Director, Dorothy is responsible for the overall direction of editorial content for the Chemical Engineering and POWER brands. She joined the staff of Chemical Engineering in 2005 and held several positions including Managing Editor, Executive Editor and Editor in Chief. In 2017, she assumed increased responsibilities as the Editorial Director for both the POWER and Chemical Engineering brands. Dorothy has been instrumental in the growth of CE’s e-media and social media efforts, the management of the Achema Show Daily, upgrades to CE’s website and print magazine, and most recently in mentoring POWER’s editorial team. Prior to AI, Dorothy worked for Akzo Nobel Chemicals in both the U.S. and in the Netherlands, where she lived for five years. Starting her career as a research engineer in process development, she went on to hold a number of positions including project manager and technical development manager. Much of her work was in the specialty and polymer chemical areas. Dorothy holds M.S.Ch.E. and B.S.Ch.E. degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo..

 

 

Aaron Larson

Executive Editor, POWER Magazine

Aaron joined the POWER team in September 2013 as an associate editor and was named executive editor in 2017. Aaron has a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering technology and a master’s degree, specializing in finance. He spent 13 years in the U.S. Navy nuclear power program, advancing to Chief Petty Officer. He has worked at commercial nuclear, biomass, and coal-fired power plants, functioning in operations, maintenance, safety, financial, and management capacities. Aaron holds a Chief A Engineer boiler operator license in the state of Minnesota.

 

 

Scott Jenkins

Senior Editor, Chemical Engineering Magazine

Scott has been an editor with Chemical Engineering since 2009, where he has written news features, contributed to the Chementator section, edited technical manuscripts and produced the Facts at Your Fingertips and Technology Profile pages, among other duties. Prior to joining the publication, Scott held various trade journalism and corporate communications positions. Scott holds a Master’s degree in organic chemistry from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) and a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University (Hamilton, N.Y.).

 

 
 

 

Gerald Ondrey

Senior Editor, Chemical Engineering Magazine

Gerald has been an editor with Chemical Engineering since 1992. Prior to that he was a chemistry professor at Gannon University (Erie, Pa.), a visiting scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Quantum Optics (Garching by Munich, Germany) and the former Max Planck Institute for Flow Research (Göttingen, Germany). He holds Ph.D. M.Phil. and M.A. degrees in physical chemistry from Columbia University, and a B.S. in chemistry from Gannon University.

 

 

 

Matthew Grant

Group Publisher, Energy and Engineering

Matt joined Access Intelligence and POWER in 2006 as an Inside Sales Representative, transitioned to an Outside Territory Sales Representative in 2007, later became Sales Manager, Associate Publisher, He was later named Publisher, Sales and in 2016, Publisher of POWER magazine. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University.

 

 

 

Jamie Reesby

Show Director, ELECTRIC POWER, ASBCUG Annual Meeting and Western Power Summit

Jamie is responsible for overseeing ELECTRIC POWER, Asian SBC Coal Users Group Annual Meeting and Western Power Summit. She started with the company in 2003 as an intern working in attendance sales and marketing, and in 2009 became the Marketing Director before coming the Show Director in 2013. Prior to working at Access Intelligence, Jamie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Arkansas State while playing NCAA Division I soccer. Jamie has also completed her Certification in Exhibition Management (CEM) through IAEE in 2014.

 

 

Kayla Sparks

Show Director, CLEAN GULF and CLEAN PACIFIC

Kayla started with Access Intelligence in 2008 as an intern working on the PRB Coal Users Group plant database and joined permanently in 2009 as Conference Coordinator for CLEAN GULF, CLEAN PACIFIC, Energy Ocean, and Industrial Fire, Safety & Security. She continued her responsibilities of programming content and managing operations for those events, later became Conference Manager in 2011, and now oversees both CLEAN GULF and CLEAN PACIFIC as Show Director. Kayla graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Certificate in Retailing. In 2013, she earned her CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management) from the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE).
