Heather Farley is the Divisional President of the Business Information Group. For the past sixteen years, Heather has built and guided a variety of publishing units across multiple high-tech markets. In addition, she has lent her expertise to other areas of the business, including web development, customer service, fulfillment, and production. Currently, Heather runs 4 business units and leads a team of 80 employees who provide professional services and publish 18 newsletters, 3 databases and 8 web sites covering many markets including Defense, Aviation, Telecom, and Media/PR.

Diane Schwartz is Vice President & Group Publisher of the Media/Communications Group at Access Intelligence. Diane oversees the editorial, marketing, PR and sales of a rapidly expanding group, whose brands include PR News, CableFAX, Dorland Health, Media Industry Newsletter, min’s b2b, Studio and associated web sites: cablefax.com, prnewsonline.com, minonline.com, studiodaily.com and dorlandhealth.com. In her 15-year career with Access Intelligence (formerly PBI Media), Diane has launched nearly three dozen newsletters, events, e-media ventures and ancillary products. A 20-year publishing veteran, Diane is on the board of the Specialized Information Publishers Association and serves on numerous other PR, media and business committees. She is based in Access Intelligence’s New York offices.

Editor-in-Chief, Case Management Products

Anne has been Editor in Chief of case management products and services at Dorland Health since 2005. These products include Case In Point magazine, Case In Point Weekly and The Case Management Resource Guide. Anne is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in the field as a critical care nurse, certified case manager and rehabilitation nurse. Anne holds a Masters Degree in Training and Development from St. Francis University and a Bachelor in Health Services from Barry University. Her clinical experience is in critical care and emergency department medicine, risk management and case management. Anne is a Past President of the Case Management Society of America and a frequent speaker both nationally and internationally on issues related to the practice. Anne is a co-author of Case Management Review and Resource Manual: published by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Kim Luna

Product Manager, Dorland Health

Kim Luna is the Product Manager for the Directories of the Dorland Health Group. For eight years, Kim has worked in the publishing industry, specifically in the health and human services market. In addition to product development, Kim has also been involved in data acquisition, advertising and mailing list sales, customer service, database development and web development. Currently, Kim manages the production of four Regional Directories and one National Directory. Kim joined Access Intelligence in 2009 upon the acquisition of Contexo Media. Prior to Contexo Media Kim worked for LLM Inc, publishers of The National Directory of Children, Youth & Families Services.

Richard Scott

Managing Editor, Dorland Health

Richard has been with Dorland Health since May 2006. He currently is the managing editor of Case In Point magazine and Case In Point Weekly. Richard, a former Communications Specialist at the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh, is a 2005 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in journalism and English literature and minored in Italian language.
