Heather Farley is the Divisional President of the Business Information Group. For the past sixteen years, Heather has built and guided a variety of publishing units across multiple high-tech markets. In addition, she has lent her expertise to other areas of the business, including web development, customer service, fulfillment, and production. Currently, Heather runs 4 business units and leads a team of 80 employees who provide professional services and publish 18 newsletters, 3 databases and 8 web sites covering many markets including Defense, Aviation, Telecom, and Media/PR.

Jennifer Schwartz

Senior Vice President and Group Publisher, Healthcare Group

As Senior Vice President and Group Publisher, Jennifer is responsible for the overall management and strategic business development efforts across AI’s healthcare group, which includes the Contexo Media, Dorland Health and OR Manager brands. She also evaluates and helps integrate key acquisition targets in the healthcare space. Jennifer has worked at Access Intelligence since 1997 and held previous publisher positions in Access Intelligence’s defense and energy groups. She also successfully integrated the LDC Forum events into AI’s portfolio in 2006. Prior to Access Intelligence, Jennifer held sales and marketing positions in the telecom and banking industries. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the distinguished Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. Jennifer also successfully completed ABM’s B-to-B Advanced Leadership Program at Northwestern University in January 2012.

Anne Llewellyn, RN-BC, MS, BHSA, CCM, CRRN

Editor-in-Chief, Case Management Products

Anne has been Editor in Chief of case management products and services at Dorland Health since 2005. These products include Case In Point magazine, Case In Point Weekly and The Case Management Resource Guide. Anne is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in the field as a critical care nurse, certified case manager and rehabilitation nurse. Anne holds a Masters Degree in Training and Development from St. Francis University and a Bachelor in Health Services from Barry University. Her clinical experience is in critical care and emergency department medicine, risk management and case management. Anne is a Past President of the Case Management Society of America and a frequent speaker both nationally and internationally on issues related to the practice. Anne is a co-author of Case Management Review and Resource Manual: published by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Carol Brault

Associate Publisher, Dorland Health

As an Associate Publisher with Access Intelligence, Carol oversees the Dorland Health division of products and services as well as the product strategy initiatives for subscription programs within the company’s Media/Communications Group. In her leadership role with Dorland Health, Carol manages product launches, editorial and content teams, marketing and sales, and strategic planning and budget management. In addition to her responsibilities with the Dorland group, Carol manages the direct sales and corporate licensing programs as well as direct marketing, emedia initiatives, and overall product management and strategic positioning for high-end subscription products in the Media/Communications Group. Subscription services include print, email, online or a combination thereof.

Kim Luna

Account Executive, Dorland Health

Kim Luna is the Account Executive for the Dorland Health Group. For ten years, Kim has worked in the publishing industry, specifically in the health and human services market. In addition to her sales role, Kim has also been involved in event marketing and logistics, product development, data acquisition, product marketing, advertising and mailing list sales, customer service, database development and web development. Kim joined Access Intelligence in 2009 upon the acquisition of Contexo Media. Prior to Contexo Media Kim worked for LLM Inc, publishers of The National Directory of Children, Youth & Families Services.

Richard Scott

Managing Editor, Dorland Health

Richard Scott is an experienced healthcare editor, focused on the growing domains of care coordination, case/care management and patient-centered care for the last five-plus years. Covering the latest trends in healthcare delivery, organizational workflow, process improvement, federal regulations, and incentives and penalties in both hospital and managed care markets, Richard serves as managing editor of Dorland Health’s business-facing publications, which include Case In Point magazine, Medical Home Today, Patient Advocate Report and Case In Point Weekly. In addition, Richard manages custom publishing initiatives and produces single-topic guidebooks for healthcare professionals as well as webinars. Richard is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he double majored in journalism and English literature and minored in Italian language.
