DONALD PAZOUR

President & Chief Executive Officer,
Access Intelligence, LLC

As CEO of Access Intelligence, Don is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. Don assumed the CEO role at Access Intelligence's predecessor company, PBI Media in 2000, at the time the company was purchased by Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a leading private equity investor in the media sector.

Don successfully steered the company through the post-Internet-bust turbulence of the early 2000's. His strategy has been to establish strong paid-for information businesses in selected markets as a base from which to operate higher-margin, yet more volatile magazine, conference, and exhibition products.

In the first quarter of 2004, PBI Media merged with Chemical Week Associates and the new entity, Access Intelligence LLC acquired the highly respected chemical business information division of SRI. Don assumed CEO responsibilities for the new company and put together the star team that now manages the combined business. This transaction was clearly in line with Pazour's core strategy of bringing together high value information businesses and traditional marketing revenue driven businesses together to fully serve markets. The chemical businesses now account for half of the company's business, with its revenues deriving half from information sales and half from advertising and sponsorship revenue.
